I'm A Celeb's Danny Jones was left in tears as he spoke about anxiety

This came while he was talking to other celebrities about his tattoos.

He said he was “underage” when he got some and that there was no meaning behind his tattoos.

Although, he has a quote from his grandfather on his chest.

He opened up about therapy after a panic attack on This Morning and the fear that consumed him.

Jones said his heart rate went “crazy.” The memory of this made him emotional and his campmates surrounded him and hugged him.

Tulisa Contostavlos told him it was okay to be “vulnerable” and let his emotions out.

She said rule number one in camp should be don't apologize when you cry.

In the previous episode, Jones teamed up with Coronation Street's Alan Halsall to take part in a Deals on Wheels challenge.

The pair had to answer trivia questions about themselves and the other campmates to claim their luxury items.

This year ITV let family members choose their luxury items, unlike the celebrities who chose them before entering the jungle.

Items included a robe, pillows with family photos on them, music and more.

In the challenge, Danny and Alan managed to get eight of the ten luxury items, with only Loose Women's Jane Moore and former boxer Barry McGuigan missing.
