Dredging and weed elimination has begun at Dunkirk Harbor. It began this week and is predicted to final a pair weeks extra, based on Dunkirk Division of Public Works Director Randy Woodbury. Dean Marine and Excavating from Mount Clemens, Mich., is doing the work, beneath contract with the U.S. Military Corps of Engineers.
