AAB has acquired Bolton-based businesses Barlow Andrews and Beech Business Services.
Barlow Andrews and Beech Business Services have been established for over 100 years and employ 70 people. They provide audit and accounting support, tax, payroll, outsourcing and business advice to businesses across the North West.
During a transition period, the companies will continue to operate under their existing names.
The acquisition is part of AAB’s ongoing expansion strategy.

Since securing investment from August Equity in 2021, AAB has tripled in size and now employs more than 1,000 people across the UK, Ireland and internationally.
The rapid growth trajectory will continue as part of the 2030 growth strategy.
